Hey guys I've had the G for 4 days now and I'm averaging 21.6 MPGs I do about 70% highway and 30 city its a 07 G Coupe 6MT I was wondering if this is good or bad? I searched but couldn't find much on 6MTs out there.

That's not that good... but not bad either. With 70% highway, I would expect it to be a bit higher for you.

I usually get about 22 to 23.7 MPG doing about 60% backroads driving and 40% highway. If I do all highway driving, it's like 24.5-26 MPG.

It all depends on how hard you drive the car, assuming you have it tuned up nicely and your tire pressure is to spec.

Car is bone stock I've had it for about 4 days I have been driving it kinda hard lol its new streets I shift about 4K highway I do about 80-90 usually. And I do live in LA highway I would say out of the 4 days 2 I hit traffic for about 10 mins each time. I will be getting a exhaust and intake very soon. I thinking about a pop charger with HKS replica and test pipes. The cars warranty is almost up and I have got the mod bug already. I just want to get a feel of the car before I do anything major. Thank you for the quick responses guys. Any good advice on the mod picks? In the future I will be getting a 5/16" spacer, headers, and I don't know yet if I can maybe a SC. The SC is the last mod for now before that I will be getting some exterior stuff done.

With my 05 sedan I remember I use to get 14-16 maybe sometimes if I was lucky I would get 18 that's with a lot of highway driving, only mod on that car was the K&N filter and it was a auto.

Well if you drive 80-90 MPH, then that's pretty good then combined with aggressive back-roads driving.

I've got an 06 6MT. Get 18-19 around town, 23-24 mixed. So I'd say you're doing okay. The car seems to respond well to smooth driving....in other words, drive it hard and you see a real noticeable drop in mileage....drive it nice and it pays you back. Its a hard car to drive nice...

i'm lucky to get 500 to a tank, but lots of my drives are short - like less then 10 K, and i usually let her warm up for 1 minute before any drive.

i've been having some fun too
