hmmm,

I think someone also mentioned the wheel bearing being worn out due to tight factory spec...

Rocking squeaking sound from wheel - Question

Guys, need some help here.

Lately (past couple of months) I've been hearing this rocking squeak coming from the passenger side rear wheel.
It's most noticeable at a constant cruising speed (~30mph). If I brake or accelerate the sound goes away just to come back
a few moments later.
I remember seeing a post here in the past about couple of other guys who had the same problem and got it fixed.
My question to you is, what was the faulty part? as well as a quick description of what was done to fix this.
I've taken the car to my dealer twice already to have this checked out, but of course, they couldn't duplicate it saying they can't hear anything. On the first time I brought my car in, they even gave me a ridicules answer: "Sir, the sound you're hearing is the whistle coming out of your after market intake...". I tried to explain that what I'm hearing is not a whistle but
rather a rocking squeaking sound - kind'a like rusted metal joints being worked out....
So if anyone can come up with a definite answer as to what the source of this, or even better, what was done to fix, it would help me a lot.
I have another appointment next week for a test drive with a tech so I can prove it to him.
The problem is that the sound is intermit and is not always there (with my luck it won't be there when I bring it in....). So a proven name to the problem would help a lot.

Thanks ahead and sorry for the long post.
