Does anyone know how much does Riverside Infiniti charge G35 drivers for this TSB?

i have the same problem.. but if you dont want to spend 100 bucks or what ever for the sensor... A trick i picked up when your at the gas pump instead of putting the nozzle in the proper way flip it upside down so the handle is facing upward rather downward works every time..

The "filling" issue has nothing to do with the fuel line, but a "Fill Limit Vent Valve". This is not a recall. But a TSB was released for this.

TSB #: ITB08-041A.

Download PDF here: http://www.infinitig37.com/TSB/1SC29.pdf

This affects 03-08 Infinti vehicles (M, G35, G37).

After this was performed on my car, I no longer had any problems. So it's not the gas pump that was the problem, but the car itself. I mean, I never had any problem with my previous cars filling up the tank.
I was curious in the TSB link in parts list, it shows the cover as the part that needs to be replaced. I would think it was the FLV valve that causes the problem and needs replacing

I've got the very same issue by the way. Worse now that my local gas station changed the pump nozles...

Can you imagine the FLV or the shield drops over the to other side of the tank? (if it is possible...) Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek....

I have this problem also but it will only kick in when my tank is more than half full. Pretty much what I do now is put gas when it is below the 3/4 line and it doesn't seem to be a problem
