just got huper 60 installed on the windshield, and 30 on everything else, looks great. my question is how long should i wait before putting my radar detector back on the windshield with the suction cups??

kinda funny, as soon as i asked about huper the installer knew i either had a g35 or z..guess the everyone else is still catching on to huper

It depends on the temperature you're seeing. What location are you at? If it's cold (high of ~50 degrees or so), I'd wait a LONG time (month?). If it's still like 90 where you are, shorter (week or so?)

I'm just making up times there, but it doesn't hurt to wait a little longer. Just don't forget you don't have a radar detector up, so you don't speed. Not that you'd speed when the radar detector is working........

yeah...i was afraid of that long time thing, good thing i've still got the visor mount for my v1. its getting colder, so i guess i'll try for 3-4 weeks.

no i'd never speed, except for that ticket i got tuesday.. they had a trap at the top of the hill and had the guns off.
