G35 2007 6MT VS G37 2008 Coupe !!!

Hey Guys,
I need you guys advice.

I am looking for G35 or G37 Coupe.
I found two models what's better deal?

2007 G35 Coupe 6MT Mileage 27K low Mileage..
Originally he offer 28K but now Price is $26K

2008 G37 Coupe Automatic Mileage 36K with Navigation.
Originally Price is $31.5K But can be less than $31K

I live in Canada so price is more expensive than US about 10% I guess.

I am looking for these car this weekend...

Depend if you want MT over AT. Is the G37 a "S" model?

G37 definately faster but heavier too.
G35 should have more mods for you to play around.

Is the G37 a S model.
Also, I am not sure if the 08 G37 came with the "DS" drive.
The DS really makes the car alive... Something to consider.

get the g35..the lighter weight makes the car feel a little more agile.

Those are some low miles, but extremely high prices. It all depends too on what type of tranny you want to drive. Had both AT and MT and MT is so much more fun to drive. GL...

I would pick the G37 if cost isn't an issue. The 07 coupe is going to have a dated interior along with a greater possibility of oil consumption. Also, you'll have better brakes with the G37(S).

BUT...

I like the exterior styling better on the G35 and prefer a 6MT.

If you can live with an auto and an extra 5k in price for a more updated car, I'd do it for sure. What color is the G35 and G37?

I have raced both the G35 (6MT) and G37 (7AT) at the track and the G37 wins hands down in performance.

BTW, have you searched for a 6MT G37?

AT vs MT

Interior vs Exterior... you take this to G37 areas and they'd just say its MT vs AT b/c they like the G37 better for exterior style.

Those are the main considerations (left side is 37). The other thing and I'm not sure if this matters or not is the upgraded AT transmission didn't kick in until 2009 (7speed AT) if that makes any difference so you're still looking at a 5speed AT vs the 6MT.

Personally given the choice I'd rock the 6MT G35. More mods as others have said plus you get the imo better styling and again 6MT. I drive my AT 06 daily and it works but there are many a weekend where I'd have much rather hit the AT.

Really? I think the G35 looks much better, exterior wise, than the G37.

G35 coupe -> G37 coupe, Nissan made the G37 more luxary and added weight.
350z -> 370z, Nissan made it lighter if I have not mistaken and more sportier.

I picked up a G35 because I felt like it sits in the middle in my opinion.

Best advice so far.
Drive them both, come back and share your impressions with the group. Post pics of the new whip. Mod it like crazy, simple as that.

G37 is faster and more refined, end of story.

But I personally like the G35 looks more.
I personally do not think the marginal dollar spent is worth it.
If you care about performance so much, get a 370z and call it a day.

If you have the $, go to get the G37 ! Because it is newer body style.

I personally like the G35 body better!
