I heard there is a way the the pedals and everything, and is there like a lock on our radios??? cause my Acura has that when ecu is reset or u disconnect the battery it asks for a special password to reconnect.
Infiniti won't even let you recirculate the cabin air with having the AC on. LOL
+1 on the disconnecting the battery if you don't wanna do all that pedal hacking lol
Theres is no password that I know of, those hondas are weird, I think my sister had to do that sort of thing whenever she had her Integra.
Everything is fine after I reconnect it on our cars, no inputting of a password required.

Disconnecting overnight should competely reset the ECU, couple of minutes wouldn't really do much.
After all those mods, get a tune.

You could disconnect the negative side of your battery while installing the z-tube and when installing the spacer the instructions will tell you to do that also. Leaving the battery disconnected over night may do more harm than good because your ECU must learn eveything even how to idle which can be a PIA.
