There's good "storage" info on my350Z site in the Maintenance section.

Not sure that fogging is necessary unless you're talking long term, or car is going to be stored in a very harsh environment. In any event, even Nissan / Infinity recommend adding some oil before starting after an extended (3mo) period. This practice helps to distribute oil that would otherwise have been completely drained from the heads, possibly filter and into the pan.

Most people focus on the engine and battery but I think protecting the tires and suspension are equally important in a stoarge plan.

To me it would depend on where your storing the car. If it just being put away in your garage... Then hook a battery tender on it and some Fuel Stabilizer in the tank. Then start it up every 2-3 weeks and pull it forward and backward.

If your storing it for a few months in a garage where its out of sight out of mind... Fuel stabilizer, unhook the battery, and maybe put the car on jack stands so the tires are off the ground and the suspension is hanging lose. Save some sag on your springs.

If your storing it for a 6-12 months... I would consider fogging the engine along with the steps above. Even if your not storing it that long, if the garage is not climate controlled I would fog the engine.

Aside from adding some oil to the engine for the first start, I would also consider unplugging the coils or fuel pump relay or whatever will stop the engine from actually firing up, and just crank it over for a minute or two. Get the oil flowing...

***Also... Never store a car or bike for an extended period (1+ Month) with old oil in it. Old used oil has contaminates in it that cause the internals to corrode. Store it with fresh oil.

If you have the ability... And your storing the car for an undeterminded time. 2+ years... Get some cheap oil, and fill the engine all the way to the top. Just make sure you drain it before you start it up. My friends Dad has done this to his 89 Corvette. 8k miles on it. He has never had a valve seal dry up yet. Let along anything else.

Where would you add the oil previous to starting after the 3 months?
