VDC Question

Is there a certain way to turn it of, like do I have to be at a complete stop, or in neutral anything like that?

I'm pretty sure you can turn it on/off at any time.

Yeah just make sure you know what your doing I have a friend that turned it off all the time until he slid into a rail. Once that back end slips most times it happens so fast you can't react in time.
