Unhappy Curse on blow out tires that pop out of nowhere!

last week i was driving down i-40 just about 30ft from a semi about ready to pass when all of a sudden he swerved out of nowhere. by the time the end of his trailer cleared i was about 5 feet away from a damned tire! i ran it over, luckily no mechanical parts were damaged, but my front bumper has an 8" crack on the driver side and the honeycomb grille vent is done for. i found a place to repair the bumper for 250 painted and everything, but i don't think theyll be able to fix the honeycomb vent thing.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY THE HONEYCOMB VENT THING FOR THE FRONT BUMPER???
