You can have your body shop order the bumper. I had the part # but can not find it, let me PM a few vendors to get the part # and ill PM you.

Yes you can put the 06-07 sport bumper on an 03 and for the part number just go to an infiniti oem parts website.

wish someone would make the sports bumper but tad bulkier and lower but not inven aggressive. somewhere inbetween stock and inven
