I think I'm in love...
Resale has to due with Market demands, every year when new vehicles come, it drives down the older vehicles resale value.... When the 2nd gens came, it killed our reasale... just my 2cents
True but it depends sometimes. Like, an Acura Type R still sells for 18k+. Especially one that isn't molested.

List of my 06 6mt problems:
1) sunroof popping noise. (fixed twice).
2) rear axle bolt loose causing noise. (retorqued under warranty).
3) 06 headlight recall,
4) Passenger seat airbag harness recall
5) Clutch making some type of metallic rattle noise at low RPM's. Fixed under warranty.
6) Driving acceleration rattles. Not fixed yet. Somewhere near dash?
7) Can't fill in take all the way. (fixed under warranty).
8) Window rattles at 9k miles driving over 50mph. Fixed under warranty
The lists goes on. These are all common issues on the G.
Some had oil consumptions, window motor failing, run roof window flying off the car (lol), rear axle clicks, abnormal tire wear, door lock mechanism failing, etc etc.
Again, most are small problems. But there are tons of it. at least 77 of them.
So no one else has these problems?

Pros: Ivory Pearl/Graphite leather combo ( Extremely freaking rare!), Low miles, With that many miles everything is mechanically sound. You KNOW it hasn't been driven hard. Therefore it's going to be as new as you're going to get without buying a new car.
Mileage wise, I bought my coupe with 38k and everything still felt new. HELL even the seat hadnt tore yet!
Cons: Outdated interior/exterior, 5AT, price.
It's a great find if you can get the guy to come down on the price. I bought an 03-04 coupe and yeah the interior isn't great compared to the 05-07 and current cars, but it's still pretty nice. I love the car for what it is, and no updated interior would ever change that.

Wow!! Maybe I should consider a new G37 instead. 6 year warranty + 0% APR.
