What mods do u hav on the car. That can also be affecting it. Is it tuned. Maybe on the wrong map. Things to think about. Look into.

G35 Coupe 6MT

my 05 6MT idles at 500+ rpms at optimum operating temp and goes a little higher when the AC is ON.. At cold starts or in the morning it idles at 1500+rpms for a few seconds then gradually goes down.

Tried the A/C ON yet?
Once you hit the A/C your idle rpm will bounce up.
