This may be obvious to some, but it didn't hit me until today...

I have been moving over the past couple of days, and was pretty irked at the fact that I could only fit one small U-Haul box in the trunk. I knew that the trunk was useless when I bought the car, but I just didn't know by how much.

Well, today I put the rear seats down and put some objects on it. Although I didn't have anymore U-Haul boxes to move, I'm guessing that I could probably fit three of them (small) in that area. Now that's what I'm talking about [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img].

So, if ya need a larger cargo space and aren't hauling more than one more person, fold the seats down and use that space.

Oh, and it's probably a good idea to carry something that'll cover the ends of your things to prevent scuff marks.

Before I was deciding between 350z and G35c I wanted to car that can fit my guitar case. I never tried to fit one in until I got the G35c. It does fit very nicely and fits perfectly. I am glad I picked G35c over 350z. All I need is space for my guitar.. =p

Its a RWD car.... what do you think is taking up most the space.....

That is why FWD cars have larger trunks... no differential in the back.

My Lincoln Mark VIII has the same problem... a very shallow trunk.

trunk doesn't fit my Tuba... end up having to place it in the passenger seat floor leaning on the chair

As long as I can fit a couple luggage bags for traveling, I'm happy. Rent something if you need to haul large items.

 

If you need to haul something you can now get any GM car/truck/van for an overnight testdrive. I think this promotion is good through July. I won't cost anything if you don't end up buying it! I'm planning to one of their pickups in a couple of weeks.

hahaha i used to have one of those but got sick of carrying it for 18 holes. now i got one of those really small light ping bags i think i could put at least 15 of those in the G coupe's trunk ahah
