Is your RPM this LOW at IDLE?? (pic inside)



Is this normal? My car wants to stall sometimes while sitting at a light, but never actually does..

That's way too low, the car should be idling at 800rpm's

even if the A/C is on, it idles just a tad bit higher...

IDK whats wrong.
Ive done everything,
Sparkplug, cleaned throttle body, changed air filter...

There's a DIY to reset your G35s idle....SEARCH! Your idle is way too low, s/b between 650 & 700RPM warm.

ive tried to reset my idle many times, but it never works..
This sucks..

my idle is high when cold and drops down to this when its warm..

mine too and unfortunately you will more than likely have to go to the dealership and have it fixed im having the same problem and done all the steps on the diy on here with nothing. i called and they say there is a computer tool that sets the idle? i haven't taken mine yet bc they want some crazy amount to do it.

how much do they want???

And how much do they want to diagnose it??

That's where mine idles at too. I suppose I'll try the idle reset and see what happens

diagnostic fee is 90 something bucks and to fix it was like a couple hundred if i remember right.

i had a friend that works at nissan hook the consult computer to reset my idle....took 5 mins.
