If you are running kuruma, etc. with the big openings in the front I think either the stow and go or stillen tow hook setups are ideal for long trips and such. Also possible with the oem bumper as well I guess...

Are you telling us they actually enforce laws in Florida, since when? You guys run blacked out windows and test pipes as a normal thing and don't get a violation....why all of a sudden?

Search the clip fix method, I ran it once on a longer highway drive. I've been to lazy to do it recently, but it held like a champ! Basically it's removing the toe hook cover and using one of those black paper clip/clamps to clip the license plate holder to the toe hook hole. Be sure to use blue tape, etc. to adequately protect the bumper and hole. It is a solid option and very cheap.

You're not blocking **** by putting an offset license plate.

Even if you have a CAI, a license plate won't block enough air to make a difference.

As for the bumper itself. I'd rather have a front plate here in California. I went the zip tie route. No way am I going to drill permanent holes into my bumper. That stillen bracket is also stupid. My cousin got one. It twists into the holder, but what they don't tell you is the actual bracket that you mount your plate into will touch the bumper before the screw is fully tightened. Which means, as you turn it, you will scratch your bumper to hell. Which is exactly what happened. So instead of holes in your bumper, you have a bunch of deep circle shaped scratches around the tow hook cover.
