Snow, VDC, LAS, BLSD

So I called up infiniti (cumsumer) gave them my vin and they told me I have LSD (I think its actuall VLSD, I have 03.5 coupe). I called becuase I get stuck in the snow alot and on thing that ANNOYS ME IS THAT ONLY THE REAR PASSANGER SIDE ALWAYS SPIN WITH THE VDC OFF.

When making hard right turns with VDC OFF I can almost do a donut, but when make a left, it feels as if there is no power going to that wheel with the VDC OFF.

With VDC ON, making turns on either side is the same.

One day I was stuck in a parking spot (in nyc very tight) and I need the extra power to get out, so I turned off the VDC and the car automatically goes to the right (passenger side spinning)

then another time when it was snowing I felt i was driving side ways

could my vlsd be broken?

^OH, missed that

My @ss end tends to drift to the right as well when warming up the tires with both a 3.5 and 3.7 VLSD. I haven't done this in snow, just a wet track, so it may be normal in your situation. Has the diff been serviced regularly? (new fluid)

Just go to Infinti's website and look up the maintenance schedules. I would link the page but for some reason I can't access their website. Its also in one of the manuals I got with the car but not sure which one, I thought it was the service manual.
