and Ball style
Can't really draw it but it's a lot more like this (__)
it has rounded edges and not hard taper, most OEM wheels require ball and can't use tuner style lugs. But it seems infiniti found a happy medium that accepts both styles.
A lot of aftermarket wheels will not allow ball seats though.

BTW, those lug nuts look like imitation BLOX lug nuts. You can get Muteki ones for about the same price. I'd trust that over the ones you're looking into. These may be of poor quality, both construction and the color finish.
