Today I had a tire blowout on the expressway, I have an 03 5AT coupe w/ 6MT brembo swap. I put on my spare tire and started to move but the car was dragging. I removed the spare to find that it was grinding on the outside part of my rear brembo caliper. Are the spares different? My stock 17's fit over the brembos and since the 18's are the same on both I figured the spare would be fine? anyone know?

 

Ouch, dude that sucks and the answer is YES, they are different.
