I have that problem on my passenger side door. Dealership said they'll run you $120. Self install

For some odd reason mine just broke about 3 inches in on both doors on the same day and I have no idea how (unless somebody did it on purpose?). I guess they just get brittle after time and the car/door flex breaks them...?

$120 is robbery for those little thin plastic strips even if they come color matched, that's just crazy when the entire rubber door seal is $128 from the dealer.
