Has anyone had their drivers side door handle fall off?

Has anyone had their drivers side door handle fall off?
When I went to open my door the door handle came off and the lock came out.

Has anyone experienced this?

Any idea of how much it will cost to fix?

Did you ever get this fixed? I think the same thing happened to my buddy.

Sorry I've been absent. Define fixed. I put the handle back in and it works but it there are pieces missing.
