Hey everyone, I recently noticed this annoying beeping and all doors being unlocked everytime I get in my car. The beeping is the same noise you get when you attempt to lock your car with a door opened or when you leave your key fob inside the car and close the door.

The issue I have appears when I sit in the driver seat and close the driver side door. The beeping appears and all my doors become unlocked. The beeping doesn't occur if I am outside of the car. The beeping last 2-3 seconds.

Fixes I have tried were to turn my headlights off (instead of leaving it on auto).

Are you sure there isn't a 2nd key located somewhere inside the car?


The last time I saw a thread like this posted, the OP tore their car apart and did find a second key somewhere in there that they didn't know about.
