first off dont tint your front windshield. Thats illegal and is very noticeable. I used to pull people over for that 20% all around besides the windshield is what i did, the light meter test showed that the windows were actually around 16% though...I think a lot of people have 20% all around on the forum.

Why anyone would want to tint their front windshield is beyond me. Visibility is reduced enough at night by having the side and rear windows tinted.

20% around (minus windshield) and call it a day.

I went 20% all around and 50% on front windshield. The front windshield is not very noticeable and i did it because i installed a carputer and couldnt see the screen.

I can understand someone that lives in Arizona or Hawaii having a light tint put on their windshield to reflect the super heat/glare they receive.

Since you didn't mention where you live it might be a good idea to check your local laws before jumping on the tint idea. Since I live in CA. no matter what I do is illegal or close to it! I've had 35% back/sides since new and leave my sunroof shade open so it's not as noticeable but it's just a matter of time before some CHP officer has nothing better to do than pull me over. Then it will be a tint/no front plate ticket, it's the game we all play....

I've been rolling 5% rear and 15% sides on my Z for a couple of years. I think it looks great, but 20% would be just as good.

On my old sedan (not a G) I ran 5% on everything and 50% on the windshield. It was nice.
