I live in a very dusty area so black is out of question. It take less than a few hours to see the a layer of dust on my black SUV. Is the IP a good choice in dusty area?

 

I think black and white, OB and IP are the worst... Id go with LR or DG, red or gray.

 

i have IP. after a fresh car wash and a full day of driving it picks up a lot of dust. totally love the color though...

 

agreed. i have the same problem.. IPs pick up dust like crazy

 

IP will show dust pretty quick...especially the rear bumper and then the front bumper.

if you're good about quick detailing your car i wouldn't let this be a determining factor.

 

Buy what ever color you love, don't concern yourself with the dust. Buy a California Duster and deal with it, just like the rest of us....

a couple days after a fresh wash my IP trunk looks like it was painted OB lol i deal with it though because i wouldnt have wanted any other color. Its all about what color you like more man. dont change the color of preference because of a dusty area. its not that hard to sprinkle some water on your car

 

Yeah, something not possible on OB (because of water spot).

If the IP interior was black, choosing IP would be a no brainer!

 

I just washed my car today (IP) and you can already see dust collecting :[

 

Yeah IP is so bad.. First day I got my car I washed and wax it. Few hours later after driving the back is filled with dust Just gotta wipe it daily if you want it to have the clean glossy look. I think it's worth it Car looks really nice at dusk/sunset.
