safe to follow this tread????

I been searching for tranny fluid drain and fills but couldnt find one in our coupe treads. Ran across this one but it's a 4 door. I was wondering if i can follow these procedures for my car... i Have a 2005 G35 coupe Auto Transmission. Thanks
