Injen intake not "whistling" after throttle body cleaning...car PURRRRSSSSS

Thoroughly cleaned my throttle body and had the idle position reset (by dealership for free) and the car really runs create. The entire RPM range is smoother and car feels less vibration and no very slight puttering sound at idle. I figured the puttering was having exhaust, intake, plenum spacer, test pipes and running a little lean, however it was the dirty throttle body.

However, I noticed that my Injen intake is almost completely silent!!!

The whistling is a known sound that this intake makes, but why would the sound be gone, I know the throttle position is still functioning but why would the sound go away?

Any ideas?

Have you checked your intake couplers? I got mine back from the dealer and the TECH left one of the couplers loose. I spotted it early too so luckily no dirt got into my plenum.

Haha no, if its not in a manual and infiniti cant make a buck off it easily, theres no way. I wouldnt trust them to clean a filter....they do a bad enough job ruining wheels and scratching cars with the daily washes.

Whats an intake coupler btw? The hose that connects underneath the intake? Honestly they just hooked up the computer to the obII port and reset the idle throttle body position.
