Caribbean Blue RULES!

Picked up my new '04 Coupe 6MT on Saturday from Nationwide Infiniti in Timonium, MD. Drove it home to Florida Saturday and Sunday. Awesome car! Pics will be posted as soon as I can. Carribean Blue is SWEEEET!

Re: Carribean Blue RULES!

gspotter, just out of curiosity: how hard was it to find a CB coupe? I'm asking because there was someone on here from S. Fla who wanted a CB 5AT not even a couple of months ago and they told them there were only two new CB coupes in the US. And it's the most amazing color btw

Yup, I was talking about you and it's weird they told you there were more CB coupes to come as the color was discontinued mid-year. I saw the new Athens Blue yesterday and inside the showroom it looked close enough to CB. But from what I can tell from pictures, it doesn't look nearly as good in the daylight.

There was a CB 6MT at Infiniti of Nashua in New Hampshire and a couple in California at Infiniti of Elk Grove and another one near Sacramento. I think there was one at a dealer in Wisconsin.

Congrats dude! Kinda sucks that you had to go all the way up to MD though. At least you got to get a lot of miles towards your break-in period on the drive home.

BTW, my uncle lives in Timonium!

Re: Carribean Blue RULES!

The local dealer here in Jacksonville, FL could not get a CB in for me. I originally was going to get a twilight blue until I got looking at it closely for a while- it was simply too black and I've had 3 black cars in a row for the last 12 years and HAD to get some color, and I didn't want silver or DG or red, which everybody else has. I had a nice time flying up to MD and driving the new beast home, taking the back roads for a lot of the way. I'm hoping I'm doing a good job of breaking it in correctly. The dealer in MD, Nationwide Infiniti of Timonium, was great. It was the best experience in buying a car that I've had. We agreed on an out the door price and that was that. They picked me up at the airport and after the paperwork was done, I had the car. No fuss.

CB is the best color...I have the CB 5AT w/ Willow CLOTH. That is the rarest combo there is. NICE!

TB ownz joo! Hehe, j/k... I have never seen a single CB coupe in my area and only saw one at the dealership where I bought my car. It is by far the rarest color, congrats and enjoy it!
