Did they discontinue caribbean blue on the 05 coupes? My friend wanted to order one soon, but when we went to the website, it wasnt an option!

 

yep no more CB for 05 replaced by Athens Blue a little darker than the CB.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the new blue colors are not the dichromatic that the CB is. God I love this CB.

There are only around 4 or so new Caribbean Blue 6MT's left in the US.

Saturn of West Nyack, NY had a used CB 6MT with only 3,054 miles on it. You may want to check it out if they still have it.

No. TB was added for '04 but none of the other colors were discontinued for '04. However, CB was only 5% of the build if my memory serves me right. My CB Coupe 6MT has a build date of July 2004.

The new blue colors are much more average looking than CB.

I get so many on-the-road comments about my CB coupe that it still shocks me--thumbs up, blown kisses, etc.--and I can assure you that I'm nothing to look at! It's most brilliant in direct sunlight.
I'm glad they discontinued the color, it will become even more rare as time passes.

 

Actually, I prefer the way CB looks in a light rain. The color seems to glow when all others seem to dull. Especially in a sea of silver cars.

i wasnted the cb but got stuck with the twilight blue instead. The dealership couldnt sell the sedans, so they stopped ordering them.
