Hey guys im looking to purchase an exhaust from a fellow member. He has 3 positive itraders. He also has over 200 posts. everything seems legitimate. Only problem is he has been banned? Idk why, also I never bought through paypall hes in texas im in cali. Whats the safest way to buy without getting scammed.

 

Not hatin on the dude, If everything isn't legit from the get go I don't do it. The mod market for are car isn't small. So IMO just 1 more little thing u can do to save u from some possible a** pain.

 

What exhaust is it? Whatever you do, don't send the payment as a gift. And pay with a credit card.

Screw it just put the seller up here. We probably know why he was banned and you will maybe get lucky and get someone he dealt with.

 

^+1. Also if you do ever run into an issue you only have 45 calendar days from payment to open a dispute claim with PP. Personally if it doesn't look 100% legit from the start I would avoid it.

 

OP, I would personally recommend that you not deal with woRthy. He was banned for a very good reason as noted in the threads below. Get the exhaust from someone else, its not worth the risk.

Hey I appreciate everyones help! It's actually my cousin that was trying to buy it. I showed him those two threads and im sure he changed his mind lol

On a side note, box full of water bottles :/ some people just ruin all the confidence in buying online.
