i put down 260 on a mustang dyno. i didn't have a stock baseline tho so i cant say for sure its a 30-40hp gain. but stock 5at usually put down 215-225.

and the math for my mods
exhaust = 1k
art pipes = 500
md plenum spacer = 220
revup intake + ztube= 150
tune = 500
