10k and 1998 ek hatchback with b16 for my 03 OB coupe?!?

hey guys, its been a loooong time since i have posted a new thread on here, but i need some advice. I have been toying with the idea of getting rid of my 2003 OB auto coupe lately, and i recently got offered 10k and a 1998 civic hatchback with a b16 engine, lowwered, rimmed, and basically given a jdm style type look. I was asking for 14.5k for my g, since it is modified and since the kbb value retail is around 14 and private party is around 12. I figured i could put away the money and save more money also while driven the civic back and forth to work, since my other DD is a dam 07 Ram Hemi. let me know what you guys think and any questions that you may have regarding either car and the deal,,,,i attached some current photos of my car...

this is a link to a online mag called EXPOSED that my car was in, with the previous wheels and without some small exterior mods that i did when i put the new wheels on. More importantly, the article though has a list of my mods that you guys can look at to help judge the deal.

Schweet coupe. How many miles are on your G coupe. I would love to trade my sedan for your coupe but I guess that's out of the question!

Most of the time this doesn't work in the seller's favor.

LOL man, actually like i said, my next proj i want is gona be something vip, big rimmed, low, and possible bagged ....sedan might work, at least i get to stay in the g family...i do love my coupe, possible the one car out of all the cars that i owned that got the most attention...my coupe is a 2003 with 91500 miles on it. i got it with 32k on it in 2006.

understood, beleive me, i actually wanted more being the amount i have pampered, and modified the car. But i do know that you really never get what you put into a car...and i really dont feel like parting it out. I feel as if i put that look together, and its complete like that.

first off nice G. Secondly, If its clean then do it & save the money like you said. & later down the road if you feel the urge to get a G again (which you will lol) Then put down money out of the money you saved up and buy an 06 coupe with new interior and alot less miles! Especially by the way prices are dropping youll probably find a good deal on an 06 with low miles in about 6 months to a year and hopefully gas prices will settle a little by then!

Thanks notoriouzxG, for the compliement and the advice...the civic is pretty clean, not super ricey, just lowered, rimed, and front lip....most mods are in the engine bay. And i think your right regarding my desires for another g...lol. Like you said, maybe a newer, better, and 6-speed platform...i kinda played with the idea a few years back getting rid of my auto and getting a 6-speed.

kinda weary of car to car trades. unless you where there for all the mods done to the engine of the civic you cant be to sure what your getting. its could be in great condition or it could not.

caution. word of the day

I'd have to have papers to verify the motor is legit. But I mean it doesn't sound bad but would you really go back to a Civic?
