ok so i was able to enter into mode 41 (a/c than came on) and than i tried to press mode and nothing happened, i also tried holding it and tried other buttons to see if it was one of those but no of them worked. The climate control system seemed to work properly for about a minute or 2 right after doing just that, than it went back to normal, so idk what that means.

I wasn't able to get into sensor temp readings i will try fooling around with it a little more but if you can remember any steps that were missing or know where to find this info i would appreciate it, thanks.

 

No problem..i will try and clear up what steps u need to take to enter the sensor reading phase of the self-diag..will post back soon!

 

awesome...thanks man. i'm taking her in tomorrow to where i bought it from they should fix it, but it's a honda dealer so i'd like to know whats wrong as much as possible first to make sure they don't screw it up

 

dealership just called and said a temperature sensor wire was disconnected so looks like it was a easy fix!
