side to side tire gap fender

I have a problem on the passenger side front tire i have a 1/2 gap between the tire and chassy and 2 inch gap between the tire and the bumper.I never notice it till i bought the oem rays and know i cant stop looking at it ill post pic tomorrow

i have already replace the inner control arm bushing just the bushing .I did buy the car with a rebuilt tittle and was hit on the driver side door i don't know if that would affect the gap

I'm not sure I follow, so the tire isnt centered in the wheel well? So the wheel is closer to the back side of the wheel well (by the door) than it is to the bumper?
