Why is my CEL on?? It came on when I put them on after about 40 miles. Then I put on the spark plug defoulers and it was fine for quite a while. Now its back on again! WTF! Why is this happening??

 

Will this problem be fixed when I tune my car?

 

i had that issue when i ran these on my coupe.
it would go away after a short bit.

In my opinion megan test pipes are garbage. i ran three sets before I finally went to FI rtp's.

Best decision I ever made. Go with those, or get ART pipes, otherwise if u dont want test pipes anymore, go with Berk or Crawford cats.

 

So if I change my test pipes then it will fix my CEL problem?

 

Yes, the FI rtp's bung is in a L shape not the - shape like the megan brand, Ive had my FI rtp's for about 3-4 months now with no issues at all, welds are all holding up as well.

I went through 3 sets of megan rtp's, never again.

Im not liking the Megans test pipes at all that i just installed. I have some really bad noise coming from them winding down around 2-2500 rpms. Drives me crazy.

 

My car sounds like a ferrari with them on. I have headers, Godspeed catback and the megans.
