Washing your Coupe in the DC Area
Washing your Coupe in the DC Area
I live in Arlington Country VA... I have been here for about 3 yrs and I have never seen a coin-op carwash. I am highly hesitant to wash my car at one of the auto car washes at a gas station... and my apt complex doesnt provide car wash facilities... I am sure Im not the only one in the DC area with this type of situation... how do you all clean your cars? Is there a coin-op wash near arlington/alexandria? I have heard rumors that there are ordinances against them... an the closest one is in Bethesda... which is completely out of the question..
Re: Washing your Coupe in the DC Area
Thanks, but Sterling is a bit too far for me... There has to be a decent car wash somewhere inside the Beltway... cant believe there isnt one in Arlington.. its unreal that 200K people live here and we dont have one.

It's doesn't quite meet your "inside the beltway" preference, but on RT 7 near tysons, there's Champions Car Wash. The track hasn't damaged my rims, and it's a hand wash. Not the best in the world, but I haven't had any problems so far. Might be worth a look, especially as it gets colder and harder to wash it on your own.
