I wish I found this thread earlier... I removed my grille with a hammer and had to reinstall it with lots of duct tape!

do I need any tools for that, or it could all be done by hand?

You need a small to medium flat head screwdriver to pop out the six black screws on top. Easiest way for me to get the grille out was to stick my fingers in between the bumper and the 4 clips that connect bumper to grille and pull until you get one out. After that it is much easier; but the black clips in the upper corners you need to just wiggle and pull until it pops out, i recommend drivers side first. I just did this today on and 03 sedan and a 04 sedan so I believe its pretty accurate for most of these yr. models.

Don't forget to check the dip stick on the muffler ball bearings. This step is VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!
