I bought some clear corners and leds off ebay and HOLY CRAP they are bright. When I pass a car on the interstate, it literally looks like im shinning a flashlight on the car. Is this normal or should I swap them out ASAP??

I had a cop pull up right behind me and I have really bright LEDs on my License plate, clearance, and clear corners. He didn't do anything. No one seems to have problems with them. And yes, pics would be nice.

pics?

And I dont see why the license plate would be a problem. Their main demand is a visible license plate at night. brb pulled over for too much visibility

The pics really don't do it justice but I will take some. Just wanted to see if others had this same thing happen. I mean it's BRIGHT!

Yeah, mine look different than they do in pics: (they're more bright in real life)

But the brighter the more I like for me. I've seen some license plate leds on some Zs at a car meet and it looked like they had projectors as their license plate lights

A bright 4 wheeled Christmas Tree....what?
I can almost guarantee if a cop pulled up next to you he'd give you a ticket. It's a nation wide law that the side lights in front be amber. You can still have clear sides but you should have amber bulbs. I don't get this LED thing anyway, why would anyone want bright azz lights every where? The only place I'd put LEDs would be under my doors....blue!

Same here, no one, not even cops have a problem with mine. Maybe it all depends where you're located at.

Here's the best pic I could take to depict the brightness. I was unaware they were illegal until now. I thought only flashing blinkers had to be amber color since most cars don't have these lights anyway. This pic, like I said, doesn't do it justice. While I was taking this pic, it felt like a flashlight was shinning in my eyes lol. It's only from a straight on angle though. Here is a pic that isn't dead on..

Well, I personally love it. I think blue is kind of played out. But, to each his own.
