does anyone know if the rare jdm engine harness cover will fit with the kinetix intake manifold?

even better does anyone have or have seen any pics of the two together.. i cant seem to get a straight answer from anyone & i have called 5 parts companies..............

The harness cover was designed to fit with the stock plenum, and I haven't personally tried it on a car with the Kinetix SSV manifold. However, I did find a picture of one installed on my350z.com, and it looks like it clears without modification.

There's a small green bracket towards the back of the engine that has to be removed. Whatever it held attaches directly to the Velocity plenum.

I think thats what they're talking about.

 

How do you install it with a kinetix intake manifold?

 

Keep on googling. The answer will be either on here or my350z

 

I didn't modify my brackets, I just notched the cover to outline the front corner of the plenum

 

I have, haven't found any info. Thea's why I asked.
