Battery problem ??

Hi guys
I tried to find this problem here but It seemed it didnt exist. So i wanna ask you guy if someone experiences this before or not.
My car is 06 6MT G35 Coupe. Today I went to school and it was cold outside. And when i went to school and park the car for around 3 hours. Then i came back n opened the door. It was normal at first n when i put the key in. Everything is completely dead. I cant ever look the door or unlook the door by using the key. It seemed there wasnt electrical on my car. I tried to do everything then when i opened the hood n check the battery. the battery seemed great n nothing wrong with it. I was about to give up then suddenly i touch the cover of the battery ( the red cover on the positive side) and i heard like a little cranking noise. then everything was back to normal. After this, everything is reset. And I had this problem 5 times a day. So do u know why this happen? And I noticed on the positive charge of the battery, there was a little dust all over. So everybody had this problem before and how to fix this ?

Sounds like you need to tighten the positive. Mine did that after a shop got a hold of it. Loosen the nut, push all the way down on the node, tighten and you should be all set!

remeber back in the day where your sega controller wouldnt work unless yu bent the wire a certain way? look for frayed wires, actually now that im thinking of it. it may be time for a grounding kit. our cars have a hard time with electrical stuff. im sure if you take it to a in infiniti dealership theyll figure something out for you.

Before you jump into a grounding kit make sure that the grounding wire that runs from you battery to the frame isn't your problem. Remove the positive side first then the grounding and clean the terminal. Then trace the wire to where it bolts to your frame, remove and clean that. Attach everything and see if that doesn't solve your battery issue. You could also have your cables/battery tested to see if they're at fault. Nothing lasts forever especially in your climate.

Wow, really? You do realize that there's like 80 heavy threads of copper going through that cable? All it takes is 2 or 3 of those wires to make contact to crank the car over. Now that's not healthy for a cable to do that. If it were in that condition, there would be some burn or melt marks in the outer insulator. More than likely the clamp isn't tight. If that's not it, test the battery with a multimeter or remove it and drag it down to a parts store to have it checked.

Battery cables just don't "go bad" on a car without a bit more age and neglect behind it. Start with the simple, easy fixes before recommending a cable replacement.

AZ should be able to read the code and reset the brain for you if the code is random. It's possible with the loose connection it popped a code for that. You'll find out when you get it read. Good luck.
