Ive searched for the black grill DIY but im failing... Dont you hate it when you find stuff but not bookmark it???

all seems to have the same process. 400 grit sandpaper. 2-3 layers of gray primer - 20 mins between each layer. 3-5 layers of black paint of choice - same interval. 3-5 layers of clear coat.

good luck. maybe make a more updated DIY? as most of these are quite old now.

No need for an updated version Timmy, it's the same process now as it was 5 years ago doing the same job....
