Car starts, but...

Hey guys, I've been noticing something w/ my G for the past week. A few times, I would go to start the car and it wouldn't start on the first try. I think it was because I didn't turn the key all the way. It would always start on the second try. And now it starts every time, but then there's a lull (hesitation) like it's going to die but it doesn't. It only lasts for a second. It only does this when starting. Idles is steady, but dips slightly during the lull.

My car is an '05 coupe 5AT w/ 87k mi. I replaced the battery a few years ago. I have not replaced the spark plugs, any starting components (other than battery) or any fuel components.

Just seeing if anyone has had the same experience and can save me the trouble before I have to go through the checklist of what coupld possibly be wrong. Thanks.

Did you buy a maintenance free battery?

Test your battery, remove and clean throttle body, reset ECU
