Radiator support removal?

Hello, I was wondering if it is difficult to remove the radiator support on a G35 coupe? Is it spot welded or just bolted on? I was looking at it and it doesn't look that difficult. One of the question i have is what about the ac lines? Do i need to evacuate and recharge the system or can i work around it? I know that i can place blocks under my radiator so i don't have to remove it. Ive worked on many car so I'm not a complete noob when it comes to new and old cars.lol. Any input we be great.

Thanks for the help

Dude, are you talking about the composite part? That is about the only thing I can think of here. Pretty sure it bolts on, no welding. You have to remove a majority of the front clip to get it off. Try searching.

I have searched but couldn't find the answer. But i went and took a better look and its all bolt on. Should be pretty easy. Some of the older car Ive worked on were bolted and spot welded. Looks pretty straight forwarded. Time to order parts..

You have to remove the front bumper, headlights and the bumper reinforcement. You might want to take off the fenders as well but its not required to take it off. You can keep the radiator and condensor still connected and they wi hang fine on the house. You'll also have take off the little radiator for the power steering pump and the hoses for that are a bit hard to pull off. Those are like the main things..

Everything is bolt on as well.. No welding or anything.

If you're replacing it we sell aftermarket core supports which are about half the price of OEMs, they fit perfectly.. many bodyshops in socal buys from us.

Let me know =)
