Stock height on G35 coupe with sport suspension package?

Hey everyone,

I will be picking up a G35 this weekend and it has the 19" Rays rims and sport suspension package. I'm just curious if the stock height for this car is too low or if anyone has any problems driving it?

From what I remember test driving it and looking at the photos online, it doesn't look too low, but I just want to check with you all because my wife will also be driving this car and she's never driven a lowered car before (I had a slammed VW a few years ago).

Can the G easily go over speedbumps/driveways?

No problems with my 06. Just slow down over speed bumps, avoid pot holes (to save the rims/tires), and enjoy the ride. I even put 350z springs on that lowered me about 3/4" and still have stock ride comfort (spring rates are the same between Z and G sport).

The car isn't really that low, and doesn't sit lower than other G35s without sport.

Wife may say something about the somewhat harsh ride with the 19" SS setup, but it's generally not bad if everything is oem stock.

She already rode in it and loves it. We had to get auto though because of the rush hour here in DC and my wife will need to be able to drive it too.

Just tell her to be careful over speed bumps and driveways. I scraped a few times on stock height, but it's really not that low. Since then I've gone lower.
