I know what you can only adjust the damper and height. Adjusting the dampers are simple but I'm having trouble with the adjusting of the height. Like if I turn the **** once all the way around how many inches is it? Anyone know?

You adjust it with the screwing in and out of the fork

Adil great pick up on the coils, not a lot of us run them. On the Pro 5s you don't twist the bottom of the coilover like you do other versions. On the front strut, you loosen the spring by moving the collars downward. Just make sure to set your preload as you are jacking the car back down so you can put some pressure on the spring. Also, the **** at the top of the coils is for the dampening. Turn it left to make the shocks softer and turn it to the right to make them stiffer.

Enjoy your new coils, I love mine.
