I know what you can only adjust the damper and height. Adjusting the dampers are simple but I'm having trouble with the adjusting of the height. Like if I turn the **** once all the way around how many inches is it? Anyone know?
Well when i twist it the springs compress. Or is that for the spring rate?
Well if twisting the fork adjusts the height than whats the pre load for?

Adil great pick up on the coils, not a lot of us run them. On the Pro 5s you don't twist the bottom of the coilover like you do other versions. On the front strut, you loosen the spring by moving the collars downward. Just make sure to set your preload as you are jacking the car back down so you can put some pressure on the spring. Also, the **** at the top of the coils is for the dampening. Turn it left to make the shocks softer and turn it to the right to make them stiffer.
