07 V35 Sport Bumper - Front Lip Options?

I searched around and found no options at all. Could this be true? I just want a subtle look and not replace the entire front bumper. Also wondering if there is anyone local willing to assist with painting my stock projectors? I want to murder out (black out) my car.
