HELP! window not aligned anymore!

so today i took off my door panel to do some mods, i eventually took out the window, and after i was done for the day, i repalced everything but noticed the window wasnt aligned like it used to be, and that everytime it rolls down, there is a sound of it rubbing against something? does anybody have any idea what is going on? and if someone could point out how to realign it properly that would be splendid.
thanks!

You probably accidentally adjusted the window alignment screws. They are the gold color bolt that the gold nut goes onto. You'll notice a slot to turn a screw driver in. Try adjusting those to get it aligned.

This is easy. There are I think 3 or 4 bolts that screw the window glass to the "track". What you do is roll the window down to where you can see all the bolts from the 2" holes (which are covered by a round plastic sticker). Peel the stickers off to reveal the bolts and adjust the window position.

theres bolts at the bottom of the track that align how tight or loose it fits to the top weather stripping and in the center of the bolt it had a flathead to adjust it that would make it rub and not seal properly up top

Umm...yeah I think you're doing it wrong.

The door panel should be removed completely. All you should see is the door frame with a metal "shield" in place. This metal plate is held on by 12 or so 10mm bolts, however to adjust the window there is no need to remove them.

There are black stickers that cover up holes in the metal shield/plate. It's are the three upper most black circles on the door shield. See this picture:

Simply remove the stickers and you'll have access to the window alignment bolts (10mm). From that point, it's just trial and error & alot of patience to get the window aligned the way you want.

do you have a template of how low the window is suppose to sit? i'm getting window noises from the driver side.. seems like the window is sitting too high and not sealing properly

Does anyone know the part number for the 2 weird adjustment bolts with the flathead slot in them? In my trial and error of adjusting them, I have pretty badly stripped at least one of mine.
