G35 vs Genesis

Hi, I have a modded GC 2.0t and i'd like to run a G35, I go to the track about once a month and I have yet to see a G35 or even a Z present when I go. I'm not down with sh**t talking, win or lose it's just fun to race IMO. I live in El Paso Texas and if any of you are interested you can PM me or just write back.

LOL there is a reason why you don't see G's on the track. They don't perform well. They run high 13's to low 14's at best.

That's why most of the videos you see are the G's on a dyno and not on the tracks. But dyno numbers are better than track times.

Do you ever look at any real statistics before you start $hitting on the G? There's a thread posted here just a couple of days ago (look in drags) about a guy running 4 consecutive 13.1s on street tires.

Like I said 13 to 14's. I've seen the Supercharge G's run a few times at the tracks and not impressed. LOL

Sure you may have a few G do well after spending 50k in mods. But the majority of the G's running at the tracks I've been to did horrible.

Stick to parking backward and taking pictures.

If you were in Socal, I'd hook you up .

You should check the regional forums, I'm sure someone there "actually" goes to a track.

added the G25. Man that car is weaksauce. I thought the acceleration lag on the G37 was bad. But at least it kicks in after a second or two.

No kicks in the G25.

Hey Jibber with over 3K posts have you ever had anything positive to say in regards to the G35. Sounds like you're on a constant downer! Sell your Infiniti and buy anything that will make you happy and put a smile on your face....whatdoyathink? I smile every time I open my garage door and it just gets better when I fire her up....

Ture but my 2.0t is not stock so i wanna see if where i fit in???

G37>2.0t>3.8>g35 ???????
or
2.0t>g37>3.8>g35 ??????
or
g37>g35>2.0t>3.8 ??????

I don't mean to be cocky but i don't wanna race a stock g35 because i raced one a while back and i kept up with just I/and no muffler (didn't win + it was a sedan verson.) I'm sure the G37 stock can still take me out but I looking more forward to running a G35.

I have another car I use as a daily. I would sell the G but no one is willing to pay KBB value for the car. Again, all offers are ALL from HS kids. Who wants to test drive the car, but I doubt they have money to purchase it. So I tell them to find another G in their price range.

Have I said anything nice about the G? Of course I have.

Here is a video to prove it.
