When you are hitting the brakes, its slowing down the rear wheels with the parking brake or the normal brakes. You have to chock the front wheels so you can get maximum power to the rear wheels. Also put some water down so you can spin them the easiest.
They also have special burnout chips on ebay that changes the ecu to let you do burnouts the easiest.
FYI: If you are really trying to do it that badly, please save up for a new clutch because you are going to need it.
