need opinion on this lease rate ASAP

2005 coupe 5AT, premium package, sport suspension pkg, splash guard, msrp comes out to 37300, here is the lease deal i'm seriously looking at, 3000 down, 500 a month tax included for 48 month. i don't think this is a exellent deal but imo it's reasonable, need everyone's opinion quickly cuz i have an appointment with the salesperson tomorrow. thanks in advance.

It's really difficult for anyone to give you any kind of useful info, because we don't know how often you switch cars, how many miles you put on them, your financial status, how many Infiniti dealers in your area, etc.
I would say purchase rather than lease, and do not pay sticker, always play hardball.

Don't ever put any money down on a lease.

Why 48 months? Its probably cheaper if you do it for less months, like 39. From the 3K, what is the capitalized cost reduction?

not sure why leasing is even being considered given the impressive current and projected resale value of the G35 Coupe. Buying is better w/ cars that hold their value. Finally Infiniti has one.

i've owned three bmws since 2000 and will likely buy another bmw when the next generation m3 comes out in 4 years, the reason i lease is i don't want to keep the G beyond 4 years at which time i can use the money i saved up to go for the m3.

On that same token, leasing is much cheaper with the residual value so high.

Find out what the money factor and residual value are. That will help you to determine if they are giving you any sort of a deal.
