Talking my take on what the g35 should look like

remember guys this is just my opinion. But I think that the g35 coupe needs a shorter wheelbase...so i gave it one.

Nice job.

You seem to have some photoshop skills, so if you wouldn't mind a request?

I've always wished my G sat lower in overall height, more like the Z. I still feel like I'm driving a Camry when I go past a Z. I think the Z is 3 inches lower at the roofline than our car. I wonder what it would look like with about 1 inch taken out of the roofline and the other 2 inches (or more) taken out of the door (between the bottom of the window and the sill).

If you're up to it, I'd love it if you mocked this up for me.

Great idea. I like the larger back window which would help visibility. Esthetically, it makes the ride look longer and sleeker.
Kudos
G.

I totally agree, which is why I got a Z.

Exactly. Nice photochop, but if I wanted a Z, I would have bought one. I like my usable back seat.

And maybe our rooflines are higher than a Z, but compared to my WRX Wagon, I'm sitting in a go-kart.

I did take about an inch or so out of the roofline on my photoshop. I will try to do what you request, but my photoshop skills aren't that great. Give me a day to two and I will see what I can come up with

I can't disagree with you. The G35 was much more practical. Just felt it was time to get the real feeling of a sports car.

Yes, exactly.

From all the New York Auto show pictures that caused me to fall in love with this car back in January of 2002 your picture comes the closest to what I thought the car would look like in person.

Thanks.

From day 1 I've thought the G's lines to be much more classic and smooth while still looking quite agressive, compared to the Z. Those extra few inches may take a smidge of the "sport" away but it sure is nice to have a back seat!
